If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to make your experience with us as seamless as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The product has not been installed or altered in any way.
  • The product is not a final sale or clearance item, as indicated on your receipt or order confirmation.
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Electrical or electronic products that have been opened or used
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, installation error, or negligence

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Package the Product: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, along with all original accessories, manuals, and parts (if applicable).

  3. Ship the Product: Send the product back to us at the address provided in the RMA instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  4. Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. Please contact our customer service team for guidance on initiating an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for returning the product, and we will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

To expedite the process, please include clear photos of the damaged or defective product when you contact us.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

7. Late Returns

Returns made after the 30-day window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange. Late returns may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
